Do you like it?

Personally I LOVE para para, it's adorable and looks fantastic when done right. On top of that, it's really really really really really fun >_>

I've been doing para para for a little over a year now and I've only bothered to learn.. I think.. 8 dances by now. Of course, one of them is the Hare Hare Yukai and the other is Moteke Sailor no fuku (melancholy and lucky star), so I don't really think thsoe count. But still.

And for those who don't know what para para is, examples:

I'm probably asking to be made fun of here, but that's okay <3

I've never heard it called that, but no.

I thought Para Para was a dancing arcade game? Judging by the preview images of those videos I'm definitely not going to watch, those people are just plain dancing.

I don't really understand, is it Aerobics or just synchronized dance routines?

It looks sort of silly, whatever it is, but if you enjoy it and have communities which enjoy it and accept it, then good for you!

However, the same could be said for Satanism. Para Para = Satanism = Barack Obama? YOU DECIDE!

para para paradise is an arcade game by Konami and based off para para >_> The style of dance came first, game followed.

Para para is kind of a loose genre of dance and has been interpreted a couple different ways. You don't have to be asian to do it (that's like saying you have to be asian to cosplay), and you can even see the two people in the third video I posted are American.

Generally para para has 2+ dancers coordinating in the same moves. There isn't much leg movement besides side-stepping, but side-stepping itself is very important for the dances.
