Do you have any songs that convey so much emotion in you that you want to just explode?

For some reason, Dosed, by RHCP makes me extremely depressed.

And Tiptoe by Goldfrapp almost always uplifts me when I hear it.

Veal

Deluge by Closure In Moscow
Oh The Casino by Fall of Troy
Circle of Life by The Animal Kingdom
Currents Convulsive by Pierce The Veil
Palms Read by Protest The Hero

to name a few

YPrrrr

Green Fields of France - Dropkick Murphys

Samus Aran

"Love, Reign O'er Me" by The Who

It's not my favorite song ever, but it's probably the most emotional song I can think of. It's my absolute favorite Who song, and it's one of the many reasons that Quadrophrenia is my favorite Who album. Jesus, when Daltry just wails out "LOOOOOOOOVE, REIGN O'ER ME" so hard his voice cracks, that just gets me every time.

YES. Agreed

Smell Memory

The Matinee Orchestra's Imagination of a Watermelon  hocuspocus;
Felt: because politics are for fools y/n
Felt: goldfrapp controls everything.

The ending music the Mother 3, due to the plot circumstances, is simply haunting.  :(
Thumbs up to ShÃ...Âgo Sakai.

Anger is a gift.

sans culottes

Many, many songs move me. You know what's really powerful? Nirvana's MTV Unplugged album. You can easily hear Kurt Cobain bleeding his emotions into that album. After listening to the whole thing from start to finish, it's pretty haunting.
I support BUSH

Skylark

there is only one song i can think of but i don't know the name of it or how it goes which is troubling because i heard it today a boy named Taylor gave it to me on a cd "Carly's Mix" and I can't find it.
the book of right on

The song that probably has the most emotional impact on me is Bob Dylan's "Masters of War." It's just such a moving song - the content matter is so dark and it really stirs your emotions.

Also, something about "When the Levee Breaks" by Led Zeppelin just pumps me full of energy.

For some reason I don't get the full effect out of that song anymore unless I'm the one playing it. Maybe I was in a particular mood when I learned it on my guitar and playing it brings back those feelings, I'm not sure.

The Hand That Fisted Everyone

This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody) by Talking Heads.

It's best when you hear it on David Byrne's Live from Austin Texas cd. The string arrangements compliment the song so well and give it way more power.

snorkel

Circles, by Soul Coughing
Pinkerton (whole album), by Weezer
The World Has Turned and Left Me Here, by Weezer
Impossible Germany, by Wilco
Knives of Summertime, by Sparklehorse
Fade Into You, by Mazzy Star
In the Hidden Places, by The Mountain Goats
Renegades, by Hockey Night

and more I can't think of. they're all associated with specific parts of my life
