I was coming home from the store and was behind a motorcycle.  The car in front of the motorcycle decided to slam on their brakes for no reason at all.

The motorcycle then had to do the same, and I followed. I was so damn close to hitting the guy because the fuckup who stops for no reason.

Very true. Someone slammed on their brakes in front of my friend today. He barely dodged it by going into another lane. He then got picked up for not merging.

THE POINT IS, as long as you have the cushion of several seconds, no matter how fast you have to brake, you should be fine.
