Hello my name is Nikki and I'm from Detroit, MI. I have an incredible and real love story to share. This past July I was browsing around on an application called "Are You Interested" and stumbled upon someone that I rejected, not only once, but twice. Needless to say on the last time his picture came upââ,¬Â¦I figured...aw what the heck...at least he seems like he can be a good friend. 5 months later not only did I gain a good friend but an international boyfriend all the way from the UK.

Although I know you all may have heard several similar stories OUR story is a bit unique. Our journey was created with mp3 voice clips, shared poems, silly graffiti pictures, shared music videos, cell phone pictures, encouraging emails, SKYPE webcam,  and many late Saturday nights games. Finally on October 25, 2008 Add Curtis and I made a bit of facebook history, we finally met for the first time ever and it was
love at first sight. I stayed for 4 incredible days in his lovely homein the UK and then headed back home in love.

I got to meet the one of the most incredible and important people in my life thanks to facebook. Add Curtis is one of the most kind, loving and understanding men that I've met. Add is also very committed to us. He would wait, on SKYPE, every weekday around 6:00 just to make sure that my daughter and I got home safely. His time and consideration were not just sacrifices, they were acts of love.

Returning back was hard because what we experienced was a bit deeper. We needed time to re-evaluate the value of what we had, so we gave each other space to breathe because we knewââ,¬Â¦we found something so rare and real. We also knew that the possibility of us becoming more was very hopeful and bright...so bright that on November 23, 2008ââ,¬Â¦I found out I was pregnant!!  I'm sharing our story because it is filled with so much love and potential to make the impossible possible.

We will be writing a book very soon to help share our story around the world and we are making plans to have this incredible child created with 100% love. It's been decided that it would be within the best interest for me to move to the UK more likely in April 2009. We are in the process of saving and making extra funds possible to do this.  I will keep you all updated about our incredible story, so feel free to contact us if you would like. We would be more than happy to share in more detail our story. Thank you so much for your time and for reading our story.

Now, a lot of things bother me about this, but I'd like to hear what everyone else has to say before I rant about it.

(by the way "Are you interested?" is like a dating application on facebook THAT WON'T LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE. )

none of you guys understood what I was angry about?

Okay, let's see if I can explain my issues with this woman's story.

So she dated this guy online for like a year, alright fine. Been there done that. Not something I would recommend, but I do think it's possible to fall for someone over the itnernet. Keep in mind this woman is already a single mother. She has a daughter.

Now, after this year, she finally meets with this man for 4 days over in the UK. They obviously have sex.

She goes back to the US and continues "dating" this man online. She finds out she's pregnant with his baby. Instead of freaking out because she's already a single mother with one child and about to have another although the father lives in the UK, she is ecstatic. I sure hope this lady has a decent amount of money since she's so excited for this.
She even writes: "We also knew that the possibility of us becoming more was very hopeful and bright...so bright that on November 23, 2008ââ,¬Â¦I found out I was pregnant!" Becoming pregnant definitely does not necessarily signify a bright future.

She's especially excited because THIs baby was apparently made with 100% love. So what does that make her first child? Made with 25% love? Does that mean she's not as special or loved?

This woman just sounds to me like a Class A idiot and I'd love to have a conversation with her and know how her second child is doing now.

Something tells me that the story is dramatized and that she's actually not planning on writing a book.

My ear popped when I was reading this. It hurts.

Anyways, I agree with Sam. This lady is clearly off her rocker and living in some kind of fantasy world she has created in her mind. I bet the guy is just gunna never contact her again eventually and her heart will be broken lallalalalallala. I demand a story from her when that happens. THEN only then, IF it works out can they tell you to use that dating service.

Anyone who finds their mate online is a gigantic idiot and is obviously lonely, desperate, and confused.
