This is the official thread. It seems that it's aimed for those who just use a computer to search the web. No mention of video game support so far. Overall, even if you don't use Google Chrome OS, it's worth being on the market because competition makes everything better. Ideas will be shared between the new big four OS's (assuming this Google Chrome OS thing works out.)

As a note, I don't think Google plans on replacing Windows Vista or Windows 7 with this. I just doubt they can handle every bit that Windows 7 could. Video games for one is a huge task.

It's more of a netbook OS.
