I don't know the American song thinger.
I supposed it would be called the National Anthem.
Like O Canada, but for you people.

AHA.

Why every Friday?

Though, I remember when I was little, we'd have to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance and the Star-Spangled Banner everyday before school.

We had to stand for O Canada everyday.
It got to the point where no one would be respectful and they would just walk around and shit.

Kalahari Inkantation

I almost know O Canada by heart. cjlubdoods;

lol that is terrible.

Interestingly, the version we call our national anthem is only about a fourth of the whole Star Spangled Banner. Good thing we don't do the whole damn thing.

Nah, just this much:

O! say can you see by the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
O! say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

I've never heard the rest of it sung.

I don't remember if they play that version or the long one at Jay's games.
