But, Japanese words are easy to pronounce because there's only one way to say each syllable correctly.

i is ee
u is ooh
e is eh
o is oh


This is the only good thing about Japanese.

When I see the name Penelope I always read it as Peen-a-lope.
Or.
When I see the name Deborah I read it as Deb-or-uh.
