WANNA SEE SOMETHING COOL? (Vocaloids)

Alright, so there's this group that's really big in Japan at the moment called the Vocaloids. What's cool about them is.. they're not real people. Every voice you hear is created in a computer program. Well mostly; all they do is record voices saying japanese syllables and then mutate them into songs.

anyway, they have a lot of really cute songs (and a couple bad ones), but this is my favorite, and I want to share it because i think it's rather nifty. Okay, so the song is called "Love is War", and there are 5 different songs for it. 5 of the characters do their own version of the song, and it's cute to hear all of them because they're all at least somewhat different and they almost show the personalities of the different characters.

This group is getting REALLY popular even in america. I'm starting to see vocaloid cosplays everywhere, especially of Miku (the blue haired one) holding leeks (she has a really famous version of the leek spin song.) I'm even participating ina  dance skit for a masquerade that uses part of one of their dances.

Actually though, most of them sound too bad for me to bother with, and I'm not much of a Jpop person, so most of them do nothing for me except for the awesomeness of Miku herself.

Well, it's not like I just heard about it, I think I've probably met at least 5 Miku cosplayers  in person last summer. And I saw a lot more than that.
So no, I'm not late. 

And I actually only watch the videos that have para para in them because I love para para.
