I played the trumpet all through high school, starting in 4th grade. Haven't touched it since, and probably never will.

I was okay--could have been much better if I had actually applied myself to it. Then again, the same could be said for pretty much anything I've ever done.
I'll be sure to play Taps on it sometime before giving my trumpet the proper burial. happydood;

I play the guitar and various percussion stuff and I used to be really good on the clarinet.

is piano the only thing you play or do you play another instrument for band?
i don't know because i haven't really been paying attention.

i haven't actually played a marimba because my band is poor, but i do like xylophone. i guess i'll get to try one in the fall when i'm at college.

uuh i didn't have enough room for band AND choir in my schedule and choir is more beneficial to my (what i like to call) career, so i had to axe band but i still play my flute and i learned piano to help me with choir, but i recently aquired an instrument called an EWI, which, with garageband and its own program, i can make sound like anything i want.

I attempted to learn guitar but I gave up because I was never able to actually force myself to practice. saddood;

I kinda want to learn drums now that I have a kit just sitting in the corner of my room. n_u
