Mirrors are different copies of the same torrent, and I don't think it makes any difference.

Mirrors are different copies of the same torrent, and I don't think it makes any difference.

I don't torrent much, but I think seeders are people who submit files and leechers are only people who download files. So I think the file downloads faster for seeders.

No, it doesn't have to. Seeding is when a person that has the whole file sends out data to the peers. You can continue seeding to maybe speed it up for the others, but it's not necessary.
