I was expressing my symptoms in the form of excessive speed when I saw a shadow on the right side of my car.

This shadow quickly took the form of a cat: an adorable little kitten. It was coming straight for me. I had to hit the brakes. OH GOD I'M NOT GOING TO MAKE IT PRESS HARDER.


SCREEEEEECH.

Oh god, I heard a thud. :'(

It wasn't the cat, it was about 3 inches from me, I just drove over a manhole cover.


I wanted to keep the kitty but it ran away.

sometimes I think about what I would do if I killed an animal while driving. I really hope this never happens.

I ran over an already dead squirrel the other day, but that's about it. My main concern was for there to not be any tissue matter on my tire, there wasn't.
