If by 'internet dating' you mean dating someone you met online, I think it's okay. If by 'internet dating' you mean dating someone simply for the sake for having an internet-boyfriend or girlfriend that you never actually plan on meeting up with, then no. I never understood that concept at all, but it seems popular on sites like Gaia and even youtube.

It's up to you whether you're okay with 'dating' someone you've never actually met. It could end up well if you meet someone onlione who you think you really like. Or it could not end up so well. It's up tgo you whetheryou want to do something like that. each case is different.
