Eh, that shouldn't cost more than 100,000-200,000. Plus I'll have to purchase a huge lot, which will probably set me back another 150,000-400,000.

I even contacted them to verify the plan's relationship with with Fred Milani's white house.

This plan is nearly identical to the house built by Fred Milani. I believe he had some customization done, but it's a really amazing plan!

Like he said, seems like you skirted the prices alot to make the total cost more efficient. Think in real-world terms
