Where are you going (or currently attending) to college? Major?

Since my father's an English professor at Arkansas State, I'll likely wind up going there because I'd receive a large tuition discount. I'd really like to go to Maryland (they have an outstanding journalism school), but my parents won't pay for it and I'm not going to take out a loan when I have a free alternative. I suppose it's my fault for slacking off in school and not earning the grades that I've been capable of making so I could get a scholarship. (ASU would have given me one, but they ran out of money by the time I got around to applying.)

I'll likely earn a degree in Radio-TV as a part of my quest to become a Sportscenter anchor. ESPN is headquartered in Bristol, Connecticut, which is much better place than Arkansas. I'd love to get paid to talk about sports on TV.

I'm thinking either Northern Arizona University or U of A, but definitely not Arizona State

I'd much rather live in Flagstaff than in Tucson.... so that is where I would go in state.

Also, Oklahoma State's been after me, and I decided that I wanted to go when I found out that they offer a journalism degree with emphasis on sports media, but my parents won't pay for it.

Flagstaff's an awesome city. I stayed there overnight once when I went to the Grand Canyon.

Yeah, Flagstaff and the cities around it are all pretty great. I'd look forward to living there I think but I wish I could make it in some ways more like Phoenix... shows

I'm going to a small, shitty state university because I didn't want to leave northern MN for school and I wanted a small campus, as well as a small price. Besides, I'm a writing major, I don't need a good school. I like this place well enough anyway.

It's Bemidji State University, and I'm majoring in "Creative and Professional Writing" with a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts).
