I went to a linkin park concert lol and a red hot chili peppers concert, but the latter was with my mother, so it took a lot of the fun out of it.

I went to Gigantour with my mother and a lot of the metalheads were like "lol wut hi mom what's up"

she was quite popular amongst the other concert goers

I saw The Elected and Whispertown2000 and my mom came. She took Morgan Nagler into her car and they smoked and sang "The Absence of God" (A Rilo Kiley song, Morgan Nagler is Jenny Lewis' BFF) together and then Morgan got her a beer.

My friend's grandpa always says "what's the point of spending money on concert tickets when ya'll can buy a CD where they sound so much better for cheap?"

I would never be able to go to a show with my mom... that would be... ugh.

It was kind of funny. She got us seats in the front row of the pavilion (general admission) by being nice to the tough looking guys in the front of the line.
