so my favorite band is from the uk.
they haven't played in canada or the united states yet.
their first tour will be warped tour, the problem is that they aren't playing at warped in toronto or the one in buffalo.
they are only playing in vancouver and calgary.
i am so mad, this is ridicullous.
i've been waiting so long for them to come to canada, assuming that they would come to toronto.
but nooo they have to go over to the gay side of canada.
god damn it.

has this ever happened to anyone?

sort of. Murder By Death has been in Minneapolis at least 5 times since I've begun loving them, and I've only managed to see them once because of random conflicts every time. the only time I did see them, though, was a shitty 5-o-clock opening show for Reverend Horton Heat, so they played like 6 songs

David Byrne came to NC three times but I was broke so I couldn't get tickets

I had to pass up free Rush tickets in '07 over insipid family gathering bullshit and missed them again last year. Also missed AC/DC, Roger Waters and Tom Petty which dissappointed. No big dissappointments, though, because there'll be more concerts from lots of artists. I'm in Dallas, we get everything.
