You ever had this feeling?

I just finished this essay, and I usually have this,"FUCK YES I AM FUCKING AYN RAND THIS IS THE GREATEST THING EVER WRITTEN" feeling, but I finished it up and I'm like,"Cool...I'm done..."

I think I did a good job on the essay, but for some reason I am really thinking about how the teacher will react, especially since it's a free writing activity (We had to write an epilogue as a character from William Faulkner's As I Lay Dying and I once seriously thought of becoming a writer. I don't know, it's a weird feeling.

Any of you felt this?

Hmmm? Oh, I'd need some time to prepare that too. I could tell you on the spot, but it wouldn't make as much sense as it would if I have some paragraphs made out.

No, not really. At least not for an essay as a whole. Not really because I'm not proud but really just because I don't care about it.

But sometimes I'll come up with a line or an idea that will make me laugh out loud (well, I'll just smile if it's an in-class essay) because I like it so much.
