my algebra teacher talked to me today

asked me what my problem has been lately

i've been so fucking depressed lately i just told her how crappy i've been feeling

and how ive been like that since i was little but in the past few month's it had gotten worse how i hate being compared to my brother  etc.

and she told me she was proud of me as a student and i had done things she'd never seen before

and that she was proud of me

is it bad it made me feel a little better

No, I'd feel much better too.
I was compared to my brother in High School. Because he could draw, everyone though I could draw as well.
Teachers would call me by my brothers name on accident.
I hated it. There was one teacher who started calling me "Classic". Soon, all the teachers did.  
I'm not sure how I got the nickname, but something tells me everyone loved me because of the controversy I brought to school.

Even after graduation, teachers, students, and fellow classmates call me Classic.
I think he knew I hated being called (my brother's name) so he came up with that.

Yay me.

Every little compliment counts for me, no matter who from. It could be something as simple as another student asking me for help. Praise from teachers or anyone else makes me smile. cjlubdoods;

unfortunately, every little criticism also gets to me so i'll often be upset about something small

My brother had the 3rd highest gpa in his class, was part of the BSA and face to face. And graduated and went to an ivy league school.

I have adhd and I'm depressed, self conscience, and generally want much less out of life.

All my life people have seen me as the fucking clown who isn't going to be anything.
