so my school is handing out some magazine that's about drugs and addction.
the so called experts in this book are three kids.
like 17 or 18.
one guy doesn't do drugs.
one girl smokes weed all the time.
and the other dude just got out of rehab.
so this magazine tells you their stories and what not, there is a lot of stories and what not in here about drugs and the problems they cause.
the drugs featured in here are nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, inhalants, mdma, hallucinogens, cocaine and crack, heroin, methamphetamines, okycontin and that's it.
this book pretty much doesn't give you any good information about these drugs.
it just tells you what their effects are, so what's the point of this?
basically to scare you out of doing drugs.
it's not even a good magazine.
plus it's issued by our school board.
do your school boards issue bullshit like this?

I remember once at a career fair or something, to "scare" people out of having sex and the possiblities of STDs, they had this lady come in and set up a booth which basically was a looping video of real life pictures of people's privates with the warts and stuff of the different STDs... Nothing about drugs though.
