I'm sure we could pull off showing enemies, but do you guys prefer random battle encounters or do you like to see enemies before going into battle?

I prefer to see them on the map.

It's not something that bothers me much, to be honest. I usually accept it as it is.

I prefer being able to see my enemy.

But random encounters don't drag the experience down too much.

Random only if there is a repellent type item like in pokemon that you can use once you're sick of them.

I plan to.

I think for the old feel, they'll be invisible...It'll also be easier on programming and animating and such. Maybe in a later project, we'll have visible enemies.
