I have a habit of biting my lip.
I have a mild stutter, but it usually only rears its ugly head if I'm reading or speaking to someone I don't know too well.

I suppress my emotions so I always look slightly angry.  I almost never reveal how I feel about certain people on front of them.  For example, if this person was the most annoying person on earth and considered me as a friend, I'd let him bother me as much as he wants without saying anything.  My mind would be screaming to bitch him out though.  I always ponder about past mistakes.  Usually when I'm lying down I stare at the wall and think about how things would have been if I didn't screw up.  If I held my hand out straight it wouldl shake and I always feel embarrassed when people call me out on it.  I harbor grudges for a very very really really long time.
