Go to Control panel>Network Connections> and see if your xbox shows up. If it does click on it and your ip address will be in the support tab.

Maybe your Internet is clogged?

Also I don't see how ms can help. Also why not keep all of this in 1 thread instead of various?

What kind of wireless adapted is it? Does your acess point have encryption enabled? Are you sure that you're in range? Do you get an error code when you try to connect from the 360?
