Because it sounds pretty fucking obvious you idiot. psyduck;
Why shouldn't someone have a chance at life? Answer me that.
If it's so obvious, why can't you put it in words?

As for your question, I'll try to tackle it.  Judging by your wording, I'm guessing you're asking me to justify abortion.  While it's not quite the same as my question, I suppose I'll try to answer it.

Probably the most obvious is when an unborn fetus compromises the life of the mother.  When both lives are in jeopardy, wouldn't it be better to save one life (the mother) then to have them both die?  If you say yes, you're giving man permission to kill another living being.

Unfortunately, abortion isn't always used in this manner.  For those who use it as birth control, some believe no one has the right to use another body's resources.  For example, let's say tomorrow you wake up to discover a person who is hooked up to you.  They have a rare kidney disease, so they're sharing your kidneys without your permission for nine months until their kidneys are healed.  If you disconnect this person, he dies.  Will you live with him for nine months even though he never asked your permission and is using your body?  It's a pretty hard question...

Personally, I don't believe abortion used as birth control is ethical...  However, I don't believe that humans NEVER have the right to kill another living being.  There are circumstances where I believe it's fine.  That's what I was asking you.

That's actually not what I was asking but hey, if you have no life and enough time to write a novel, be my guest. thumbup;

...Are you saying a mother wouldn't die for their child?  akudood;

Because this is legal and would totally happen without my consent and is therefore a legit example. thumbup;
When I go to sleep, I don't take a risk waking up being "hooked up" to some stranger. While if I had sex, there is ALWAYS the risk of becoming pregnant and should ALWAYS be factored into whether or not the simple pleasure is worth it.

All I was asking, but thanks for the pointless information, Dr. Phil. ;)

If it meant the child would live.  If both will die then why should the mother just give up her life?

What about rape?

...I've never even heard of a case where both child and mother died in labor.

Why should the child be punished?

Oh sorry, please ask the question again and I'll try to answer it.

Also, I definitely did not write a novel.  It's more like a very rough sketch of my thoughts.  Oh, and it didn't take me that long to write, so it's fine.

This is a sticky situation.  Yes, I believe a mother would die for her child.  However, based on your previous statements, you would have to say the opposite.  Remember, a human has no right to take a life, that includes their own.  Therefore, a mother has no right to take her own life even if that means saving her child, right?  Or are you going to contract that statement?

But that's not what I meant.  I'm saying both the child and the baby would die.  These cases are extremely rare.  Ectopic pregnancies usually result in just the death of the fetus, however, there is a three percent chance that the mother is in risk as well.  An abortion is the solution to save her life.

  What about rape victims?  That's against their will and they did not choose to have sex.  Are they not allowed to have abortions?

Sorry, I misunderstood your question.  Please ask it again clearer and I'll try not to be "pointless."

Why are you so hostile anyways?

...I really don't feel like replying to all that because I know in the end everyone will just have bitterness toward each other (even if this is anonymous). You won't convince me and I won't convince you, so it's really just a waste of time; so let's agree to disagree, shall we? I'll have my views, you can have yours.

Oh, and I believe sacrifice is a completely different subject, by the way. And I highly doubt anyone would agree that it's suicide.

Look, I think you're not completely understanding what I'm doing here...

I don't support abortion, so actually, we agree on THAT subject.  All I'm doing is giving you a different perspective on the subject.  It fuels your mind, and gives you a better outlook on the world.  It's what I do.

However, I do disagree with you on something, and it seems you disagree with yourself now...

You said "Nobody has the right to take away anyone's life."  This statement says that no one EVER has the right to end a life.  What I wanted to show you was simply that this isn't true.  There are certain instances where lives can be taken.. Sacrifice is an example, and you seem to agree.  Therefore, your statement isn't true.

I just wanted you to see this.. That's all.  :(

Then you replied...

"...What the fuck. Why do you mean 'why'?
If it's not such a big deal then go kill yourself right now.
I mean, come on, who needs life anyway?"

Insinuated that you meant one's own life as well.
