according to my inside source he's also randomly giving out silly membergroups with confusing permissions

I want confusing permissions.    But I don't know enough to feel comfortable with them.

We now have four global mods and old staff members have a membergroup that lets them post in the mod board but nothing special other than that, although there was some talk of letting them post in locked topics if it was possible to do that without giving them the ability to lock/unlock.
