but the current one just kind of fails. I would buy one if it had a color screen, better physical design, larger selection of magazines (like, all of them) and other publications, and a MUCH wider selection of books. and more memory.

I would actually consider getting one if it had a much better selection of books. As for a color screen I could care less, I mean its for reading a book. I haven't looked to much at the design but it looks alright from what I've seen.

I dunno, I'd miss the paper-ness of books if I started using that. Books are too awesome.

yeah, I agree. but it would be cool to carry around several things to read on a slim device, but then I really could just do that on my iphone if I really wanted I guess
