I thought there was only two
Hannibal and Hannibal Rising

Hannibal is the only sequel. Red Dragon, Manhunter and Hannibal Rising are all prequels to Silence of the Lambs. Red Dragon and Manhunter are the same story by the way.

Watch Hannibal, it just leads into the next movie.

The one you called "Old Hannible" is called Silence of the Lambs.

Order in which the movies were made
Manhunter -> Silence of the Lambs -> Hannibal -> Red Dragon -> Hannibal Rising

Order in which they're set into the timeline
Hannibal Rising -> Red Dragon/Manhunter -> Silence of the Lambs -> Hannibal

Red Dragon is a remake of Manhunter. Only the ones with Anthony Hopkins are good (the ones in italic.)
