Samus Aran

I saw "The Commitments" on Tuesday. It was pretty cool I guess. It's about a soul band forming in Dublin.

Pineapple Express - What a fucking weird movie. I'm surprised I haven't seen more movies like it, over the top action movie with every last thing going wrong. I'm sure the movie would have been better if the actors were better but overall it's a good movie. Lots and lots of weed.

The Hand That Fisted Everyone

Bought a stack of dvd's that included:

A Scanner Darkly
Children of Men
The Darjeeling Limited
Charlie Bartlett
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story
the stack cost 5$ total
The last two are for my girlfriend.

Also, my local theater still had Doubt playing so me and the aforementioned girlfriend went to go see it.

Meryl Streep is a crafty one goowan

The local library was having a sale. The whole stack was going to cost like 15$, but the cashier told me to only pay five.

Watched half of Sin City. Quite the monotone deep voice narrator movie.

Sin City - Slightly disappointed in the over stylized artwork with lacking special effects. I guess you can say that the special effects, like when that guy slaps the girl so hard that she flies with the chair, are comic book-like. The story is good yet the ending leaves a lot unfinished. Of course there is a sequel coming out and a third too.

Samus Aran

I watched Trainspotting on Tuesday. God damn I love that movie.

For reals, baby scene is creepy.
