Ok so some bands have new to new-ish songs out right now.

[The Hand That Fisted Everyone]

I've seen the video for The Killer's new song...whatever it's called...from their new album Day & Age.

Honestly, I though they were ripping off Coldplay with the whole painting thing at the end but whatever.

Video aside, the song isn't that bad. I'm not sure what direction the album is going to take. Judging by this song the album is probably going to be mediocre.

Also, franz ferdinand.

I like franz ferdinand, They've got a new song called Lucid Dreams. I've heard it played on XM radio a few times.

I like it, it's got the same feel as something from You Could Have It So Much Better (or whatever the album was called) but a bit more polished.

so yeah discuss these two bands and your thoughts on them/their new songs

I liked Franz Ferdinands first cd and then never heard anything from them except one song which I didn't like.

I'm pretty indifferent on Franz Ferdinand, but I agree, the Killers are pretty lame. Yet everyone loves 'em.
