Download file, put on USB drive, plug into xbox, click "yes, please download".

CAUTION
Installing new dashboard update restricts you from using xbox live until the 19th (when the dashboard is officially launched).

I haven't downloaded, and I don't think that I will. I heard that the avatar dudes don't work either..
