I know he speaks Albanian and is from Albania, so I think he might also have it as a second language.

Depends. English is my third language actually. xD; But I'm kinda losing in touch with my Cantonese. So.. Yeah.
But when reading/writing English. I usually think in English.
When speaking I think Vietnamese. Or any other language. Like in Spanish class. I think Vietnamese. Which is uber hard. Cause I need to translate my vietnamese thinking to english to spanish. xD;

75% Puerto Rican, 25% Dominican.

I don't think I could say English was my first or second language because I learned both English and Spanish simultaneously while growing up.

english is technically my second language.... but I forgot most of my first language when I was around 5 years old... I think in english :\
