I watched it about 10 years ago but I hardly remembered anything about it. I watched it yesterday again and what the fuck.

What the hell is this shit. Why is Bowser a human.
Why is Yoshi a raptor.
Why the fuck do the goombas look like this:


I mean what the fuck. How is this even considered to be a Super Mario Bros. movie besides the fact that characters have the same names as the characters in the game?

can anyone explain why this movie sucks so much?

Yeah, it's a terrible movie, but every gamer knows that already. The old Street Fighter movie is equally terrible.

Movie sucks, but I love watching it anyways. I also have every episode of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! on DVD. Which is equally terrible.
