if it were an actual task you needed to do to save your life, i'd say the first one because it seems easier. but since it's just an alarm clock to wake you up, the second one sounds cooler.

And if you disconnect the wrong one vecause you're a lazy-ass and don't want to wake up, KABOOM. (A really loud explosion sound that will wake you up)
