I don't change what I wear depending on the season. It's usually jeans with a button down shirt and scarf (I have only one, but someone's knitting me a new one ), with some sort of nice tshirt under it. My most preferred handwear is fingerless gloves, which keep my hands warm while allowing mobility for piano and whatnot, but I'm fine with gloves. With mittens, my hands get too hot and so they sweat and stick together and it's icky.

I hardly do anything for winter (in regards to wardrobe) it doesn't get very cold here. Wear stockings under my dress and put on a sweatshirt.
