Many times I isolate myself and begin to listen to music. If it keeps getting worse I usually get to the point where I get physical. Things along the lines of punching walls or buildings at full force and many times injuring myself in the process.

Self-mutilation is always kinda tempting for me, but I resolved not to do it anymore. Still, I don't have a direct outlet for my emotions since I can't cry very easily, so I listen to the Arcade Fire and some assorted sad songs I've collected into a playlist. I try and call someone if possible, otherwise I just turn freak out and start doing things rapidly. I tore apart and redid my room last time.

Talking to people seems to be the best thing, but that's not always available.

I almost never really get all that upset, but when I do, I write a lot. I write a lot anyway, but when I'm upset, I do it even more.

I don't particularly like listening to specifically sad songs when I'm down, but I do generally only listen to quiet, down-beat or bluesy stuff when I'm down, just because everything louder seems painful to my ears when I'm down.

depends on how upset I am I guess.
At my worst I self destruct, drink, and go someplace.
If it's not that bad I'll be more forward with romantic interests or something along those lines because I don't mind so much how they see me at that point and maybe I will feel  better which I never really feel that bad.
I never feel so bad, I can make myself better, I talk about it with nobody (but I do talk about annoyances, irritations with people) and hang out with Alexis since she's back.
