Boyah help me with homework

I need to write a paper on eastern washington seccession.
You know, how eastern Washington wants to split the state with it's superior western brother (lol you probably don't).

But anyway I need to write a 400 word paper on why eastern washington should split from western washington from the view point of a western washingtonien. I also need to use multiple  rhetorical strategies for full credit.
But I just need facts for now.
Anybody have any arguments that I can use?

Don't they want to form a state called 'Lincoln' or something?  also I thought it included the pan-handle of Idaho. 


And I guess one of the biggest pros for it, is that it would be honouring Lincoln, but I can't think of much else.

400 words shouldn't be too hard, that's like less than a page

better economic dynamics, perhaps? I think eastern WA is almost all logging while the west has the big cities and other industries.

also I know something that is an issue in MN is the splitting up of state funds; for instance although Minneapolis/St. Paul demands a certain percentage of the amount due to its population compared to the rest of the state, it gets less than it should. it's probably the same with the Seattle area.
