Most Chinese restaurants I go to, and the one I work at, will gladly prepare food without MSG if asked.

I'm allergic to sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite.  It's a preservative in certain meats.  It's actually in bratwurst, so your sister might be like me! :)

Other than that, I'm not allergic to anything.

Me too, although I've somewhat grown out of that. It used to be really bad, as my skin would like turn red and itch for the rest of the day if I played in grass at all. It still does slightly, but not nearly as bad.
