you would understand this if you would do a little research, and I wouldn't have to explain

that transgendered people are born with mental gender which does not match their opposite sex. since they are raised as their genitalia would dictate, they end up participating in a societal role and gaining an identity which goes against the way their mind is configured. depression and suicide are pretty common if steps aren't taken to undergo some sort of sex change, and about 98% of people who get the sex change are satisfied. unluckily, murder rates for transsexuals has been estimated to be anywhere from 10 times larger than the average murder rate, up to 1/20.

I'm making generalizations but that's the gist of it

In the womb, hormones are given to the fetus to determine if it's a boy or a girl. Most people get the same hormones for their mind and body, but transgendered people get different hormones to their mind than to their body.

as best as we can understand it, yes. Gender and sex are decided by hormone baths in the womb, and if something gets fucked up in there, whoops! you will have mental scarring for the rest of your life.
