If you are Agnostic, with the term being applied to it's usual meaning regarding religion, it means that you are saying that we cannot know for sure if there is a God or not.

If you are someone who says that we can't know if God exists, then you don't believe in a God. You don't believe that a God definitely doesn't exist, but seeing as you don't believe one does, then you are Weak Atheist.
If you ask the question "Do you believe in the existence of a God" then any answer other than "yes" is Atheism in some form.
