When you don't ever notice something, until you somehow realize it, now you can't help but notice it and it sticks out and is distracting.

For example, Matt Bellamy takes deep gasps in between lines in most Muse songs, now I can't help but notice them whenever I hear it. And now it will probably happen to you lol pwnt

yes like eric in world lit has really long fingernails and i think boys who don't trim their nails are completely disgusting, and then whenever he talks to me i'm like ask me again when you cut your nails ugly;

I actually noticed that before now and it's extremely distratcing.
