Humans, as well as some other organisms, can have a chromosomal arrangement that is contrary to their phenotypic sex, that is, XX males or XY females. See, for example, XX male syndrome and Androgen insensitivity syndrome.

Sexual attraction and gender roles aren't the same thing.
If a boy is gay, that means they're attracted to boys. It doesn't at all say that they're feminine, although stereotype does.
If a girl is lesbian, that means they're attracted to girls. It doesn't at all say they're tomboys/masculine, but stereotype does. Not to mention the term "girly girl", which, according to wiki, "has been adopted within the lesbian community by very feminine lesbians"

which still makes no sense, if you do things that are suiting to your gender, that should mean you get to be "transgender"

If you're a boy and are sexually attracted to boys, you're gay (or bi).
If you're a boy and act significantly girlish, you're transgender.
If you're a girl and are sexually attracted to girls, you're lesbian (or bi).
If you're a girl and act significantly boyish, you're transgender. Though it has to be at a rather extreme, so most tomboys probably aren't manly enough to be considered transgender.

If you can't understand it from that, I'll just stop trying to explain it doodthing;

At both, they don't and can't. Post-op male-to-female transsexuals might as well be post-menopause. They don't menstruate, they can't get pregnant, and their bodies can't produce estrogen by themselves.

I'll use Blauki as an example.

He is not gay. Bluaki wishes to be a woman but she likes likes women, so bluaki is not gay.
