Their BO is the worst part.

I have a terrible sense of smell, so I wouldn't know.

Actually, I'm not disgusted at their appearance (although it's not very pleasing either). I'm more disgusted at how they're so lazy that they won't do anything about it. I mean, ugly people can't really do anything about it ( :( ) but fat people can just eat healthy and exercise.

Samus Aran

Not all fat people can easily keep the weight off, though. Some people are fat by genetics and are thus likely to gain back weight very quickly after losing it even if they just slip off their diet for like a week.

Then there are other people with glandular problems that make it even worse.

Nope nope.
There's a reason why diets don't work.
When you lessen your calorie intake from lets say 2200 a day to 1400 a day, you will lose weight. However, you will lose not only fat but also muscle. Why? Your body realizes it's not getting as much food as it used to, so it adjusts. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Now, your body only needs 1400 calories a day to stay at the same weight. Once people see they're no longer losing weight. They give up and start eating the same way they used to before the diet. Well now, they're eating 800 more calories than they need. 3500 calories roughly equals a pound. That person will now gain a pound in 3 days and slowly, they'll get back to their original weight again. But guess what? That muscle they lost? It's not coming back. So that person is now at the same weight they started at but with less lean body mass, so they're now actually fatter than they were before.

For people like that, you need to eat healthy ALL THE TIME and exercise.
So how does exercise help? Let's say someone eats 2000 calories a day. They're body will use those 2000 calories to keep you breathing, to digest food, and do everything it needs to do. Now when you jog for about 30 minutes, you spend an extra 300 calories. But where is your body going to get that energy? Your fat. Your body will begin to break down your fat for the energy it needs. But won't your body get used to it and adjust? Yep it will. That's why you need to alternate your workout or just go for longer.

tl;dr for those types of people, "diets" won't work
they need to change the way they eat and exercise more.
But please read it. And ask me any questions if you have any.
