when i was younger we had this big old dog who was like as sweet as can be

we kept him outside though because he shed so he mostly just hung out in the garage. but whenever i went out there he would always bark at me until i went over and started petting him. and if you got close enough to his face he would lick your face nonstop, he was really sweet, but we had to put him down when he got too old. I didnt understand much about the concept back then and wasnt evern hurt that much, but nowadays sometimes i think about it and i miss him T.T

but i dread the day the my dog i've had since 6th grade has to be put down, it makes me sad to think about it because i grew up with him =[ hes only 5 though so i guess there isnt much to worry about yet.

i was watching my T-Rex run around my yard the other day. He started sagging his head. I went over there, and within the next few minutes, he died in my hands.  >.<

My first cat ginger ran away before i was too old to even remember her, but Freddy died when I was about 9- that was very sad for me.

I've had a lot of pets, so I'll just mention the ones that really affected me:
I accidentally murdered my guinea pig when  i was little. Yeah, I broke it's back and it had to be put to sleep.
The next one i got died 3 days after it came home.
I've had, at this point in my life, hundreds of mice and gerbils. I always cry when one is dying or has died, but... yeah.
I had a dwarf rabbit that i got for my 10th birthday, it died in about a week from too much lettuce. Nobody told us too many veggies are bad for a rabbit's digestive system.
I had a pinkie that I "rescued" from a  track meet (where they wanted to throw it in the woods). It died after two days straight of me hand-feeding it.
There was a pet lizard I had who actually laid an egg, but I had no male to fertilize it, and she died without live food, cause the pet store lied to me.
And finally, the most devastating pet death i ever had. My rabbit, whom I had had for 5 years (got her in 2001), died really horribly. She had had bad fleas for years, and no matter what we did (including consulting the vet), we just couldn't get rid of them. The only option was to build an outdoor hutch- which would couldn't do due to money problems and a big stray dog problem. (the hutch next door had been torn down only a few months earlier.)  So, we had no choice but to have her living with fleas for years. I would comb her constandly to get rid of as many fleas as possible, but it wasn't that easy. I once took a warm washcloth and rubbed it across her back, hoping to wash her off a bit (her white fur was just a bit dingy), and the blood smeared all across her coat in a streak. I knew it was bad, but there really wasn't nothing I could do. One day I noticed she was lying down weird, and couldn't stand up. It was quite obvious she was dying. I put her on a towel in my lap and just pet her until she died, at which point it seemed all of the hundreds of fleas immediately came to the surface of her fur.

That honestly scarred me for life, and I still have nightmares about her sometimes.
1.8mb is too huge for a sig nigga
