Seriously. I can't even name 3 times that someone said "hey, cool shirt" or something in the past year. Unless you wear something ridiculous, nobody gives a shit.

The only time I ever got a "cool shirt" comment is from wearing a Pink Floyd shirt with the marching hammers from The Wall on it.

I don't make my own, but I do take my old ones and make them into things that look way better.

I actually do get a bunch of compliments on my clothes... but i do suppose it's different for girls than guys. But I don't get compliments on clothes because they're new, I get compliments because they look good. you know a shirt/ pants/ outfit/ skirt/ etc. is good when you wear it multiple times and people continue to tell you it looks good.

The thing about buying clothes for going back to school is that everyone is wearing new clothing, and they're way too concerned about how thgey look in their new clothing to notice everyone else's new clothing.

And to just add to this, 90% of the kids are wearing the exact same style vclothing because they all go shopping at the same time.

I wore a T-Shirt and too-big Jeans to the first day. typical sam, dressing like a male.

I really want to learn how to make my own clothes. I think this would be very simple since I generally only wear these old dresses that I get at goodwill over and over and over again. I think they look nice but I I could expand my wardrobe so much if I could just make them.
They'd look terrible but mine aren't good quality now so I don't believe it'd change much haha

certain fabrics are really expensive so that's why i don't usually make clothes that much anymore
until i get a job that lets me play with fabrics i'm just going to study on how to make them to pass the time n______n
