I always have my wallet in my backpocket, except when i drive, because for some reason it hurts like hell in the driver seat but not in any other seat...
I usually have my cellphone in my right pocket, just because I hear better out of my right ear, so i always answer it from that side. My left pocket varies between a few objects. I usually have my Zune and headphones in that pocket, or my DS, depending on the occasion

EDIT: Because everyone else is doing it:

I put my wallet in my back left pocket, keys, phone, and pens in the left front, and iPod in the right front. Right back is just used for whatever I need it to hold at random times.

My wallet and any spare change from any sort of transaction go in my back right pocket, my phone goes in my left pocket, and my keys, any writing utensil, or whatever various other thing I may have go in my right pocket.
Back left pocket is never used.

Whoops.  I forgot to mention that the ID is on a chain, and that the chain also has my keys and FOB.

I don't carry anything on the regular basis in my pockets. No, not even a wallet. If I'm at school, I'll have a pencil in my right pocket.
