Are there any animals with four limbs and wings?

Mythical/Cryptid/aaaaaaaa creatures somehow have four limbs AND wings.  I have never actually seen a real animal that has that trait.

Sure insects sometimes have 6 legs and a pair or two of wings but that's all.  I've never seen any mammal, reptile, amphibian, avian, etc with four limbs and wings.   Are there any?
