I know bunches of French. Or however much two semesters of it is. Also some Japanese. Only most of the Hiragana, though.

I've taken 2 years of Spanish, and I never have to take it again. ^o^

Same here. My worst subject.

At my school you're required to take 3 years of one language or two of one and then two of another. I took three years of Spanish, and I'm happily done with it.

I wanted to take Latin my Junior and Senior year but had no room in my schedule, so I'll take it in College or somewhere.

Same in freshman year, but last year i actually did worse in english, but that was more because of the teacher and my laziness than the subject itself.

6 years of spanish. My uncle tried to teach me japanese before so I could speak with my cousin, but I gave up really fast and don't really remember anything I learned.

I'm fine sticking to spanish and english though. I'm certainly not fluent, but I'm getting there.
6 years, Sam?
I've got one year under me, and I can easily hold a conversation with any one of my mexican neighbors.

Albanian, English and I'd like to learn Latin later on.

I speak a little Spanish due to my job and the overabundance of Mexicans there.

3 years of spanish didn't do shit for me.

I learned more Spanish in three months of work then I did in two years of school. If you do not apply a language on a daily basis you will not learn it effectively.

I'm the same way. A while ago my mom asked me to speak some spanish to her... I didn't remember anything. xD But it's fine, got my credits and I'm good.

Like socks said, you have to actually speak it to retain anything. I speak in spanish all the time to my parents because it's hilarious. Sometimes I talk to these little mexican children in my backyard, too. I wish I knew more spanish people though. :( I find it really fun to listen to people on the bus, on the street, in a restaurant, etc. speaking in spanish.

That is true Sam. My Spanish 2 teacher actually did make us speak it and I learned a lot in his class, however my Spanish 3 teacher was horrible and just handed out worksheets, so I lost all retained Spanish knowledge. :x

That and there is only one Mexican guy in my town but he doesn't even speak Spanish.
