My trip to the doctor

I got to the office and was like lol.  I filled out these 2 surveys and the doctor was like yo dawg you lost weight. I then talked to him and shit.

He told me I'll have to get some bloodwork done to see if my JMV issues are thyroid related(i guess some of the symptoms of AvPD are also found in thyroid issues; idk) or if I'll have to start taking medication and/or attending counseling. 

I then got the Tdap(tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) shot and meningococcal vaccines. When the nurse walked in with 2 needles I was fine.  When she knocked over the phone I was like "uh oh".  Luckily she didn't kill me or injure me. 

So basically by Monday I should know what the fuck is wrong with me. 

Also, am I the only one who can never piss for the urine samples?  I stood there for about 10 minutes and couldn't piss, so I started chugging water and the nurse walked by and was like "you don't have to do it" and then I took a hearing test, tried again and couldn't, so then I got my bloodwork, and tried a third time: nothing.

I usually have to piss too much, so I piss into the cup but it begins to get to the top so I have to quicky maneuver it away and continue into the toilet but I usually mess up and get piss all over the outside of the cup or something.

If I'm given meds should I refuse to take them?  The doctor already asked if I would be alright with medication or counseling.  I told him I'd rather attend counseling than cover up the problem with medication.
