I have some cheapass peach hand soap that makes me think of Zelda II. Every time I wash my hands, I hear the temple theme in the back of my mind.

Also, this is about linking completely unrelated things. Like maybe your mother was raped while making breakfast so the taste if bacon makes you think of brutal sex.  No "roses make me think of flowers."

Baking (cakes, pies, or anything sweet in general) reminds me of my passed Grandmother.

She taught me everything I know.  :(
It brings back memories of the kitchen was I was younger.

I'm the only person in my family that knows how to make my grandmother's sand tarts. They never go stale so I often found myself eating year old cookies at her house and still loving them just as much fresh ones.

So yeah, sand tarts remind me of my grandmother. :'(

Every time I smell Captain Morgan I think back to the many times I've jumped off roofs, only once while intoxicated. It's unexplainable.

The sound of a shopping cart in a parking lot reminds me of my father for reasons I don't feel like explaining.
