I don't get hard over Mac's so that means nothing to me. I've had several Dell computers and they've worked just fine, one for close to 8 years now.

Well for the average computer consumer who just uses computers to surf the web I guess they're not horrible. But most tech people dislike them because the amount of bloatware Dell installs on them, their overall poor build quality, low specs, poor customer service and because you can get a better computer from HP.

My lap top is thoroughly built and I made sure it had higher specification then the HP comparable in it's price class. As for costumer service I have not needed any so that's a non issue.

I have had two Dells. I always customize mine. What little problems I have had they went above and beyond most companies to make up for it.
