So I need a cheap laptop

Pretty much I need to find the cheapest laptop I can find. Only requirement is, is that it can browse the internet. Yeah, I'm having no luck at Bestbuy, CircuitCity ect. My price range is a Max of $200. I need nothing at all, just to be able to browse the internet.
